Vestry
The Vestry consists of eighteen members, one-third of whom are selected by lot from a slate of twelve qualified communicants presented by the nominating committee at the annual parish meeting each year to serve for three years. The chairman of the Foundation is an ex-officio member of the vestry as are the following officers elected annually by the Vestry: secretary, treasurer and chief fiscal officer. The senior warden is the chief advisor to the rector and chairs the Resource Commission. The junior warden is responsible for all physical facilities of the parish and chairs the Facilities Commission. The remainder of the Vestry is organized to provide oversight responsibility for all commissions: Worship, Pastoral Care, Evangelism, Christian Formation, Outreach, Youth, and Parish Fellowship.

Foundation
The St. Mark’s Episcopal Church Foundation, Inc., was incorporated in 1979 for the purpose of holding property, borrowing money for the purchase and/or improvement of property, and holding, investing and administering restricted and general endowment funds of the church. The trustees of the Foundation oversee various building and renovation projects and endowment funds. The Foundation accepts, holds and manages bequests and gifts of insurance and property. Not less than fourteen and not more than twenty-five trustees, nominated by the rector and confirmed by the Vestry and Foundation, serve staggered three year terms. Officers include a chairman/president, treasurer and executive secretary. Trustees include the rector. Serving as ex officio members are the senior warden, junior warden and the Chair of the School Board of Trustees.
Resources Commission
The Resources Commission, under the direction of the senior warden and in cooperation with the parish administrator, exercises oversight and management for overall operations and administration of the parish. They also work with the Finance Committee, chaired by the parish treasurer, which prepares, monitors and responds to the budget and all financial matters of the parish. St. Mark's Episcopal Church Foundation is also under the direction of the Resources Commission.
Facilities Committee
The Facilities Committee, under the direction of the junior warden, exercises overall responsibility for maintenance of St. Mark's properties as assigned to the building and grounds director and his skilled maintenance staff.
Stewardship Committee
The Stewardship Committee is charged with the annual stewardship drive of the parish, teaching year-round Christian stewardship. This committee communicates and works with the Foundation and School Board to initiate and coordinate long term strategies for capital growth.
